Join the eCaster network by simply navigating the following steps:

1. View and agree to the terms of use and Privacy Policy
2. Register your details on line here ; or print a Network Registration Form * (93kb pdf).
3. Print an Agency Service Agreement * (112kb pdf).

Fill out all the required information and forward the Agency Service Agreement and the Network Registration form (if applicable) to eCaster .

What happens next?

• Registered on-line - We will process your Agency Service Agreement and your account will be validated by eCaster. You should allow 24 hours for this to occur. You will receive an e-mail notice once your account has been activated enabling you to login to the eCaster system with your username and password.
  
  
• Manual Registration - We will process your Network Registration form and the Agency Service Agreement. You should allow 5 working days for this to occur. You will be advised by e-mail once your account is activated enabling you to login to the eCaster system with your username and password.

Once you have successfully logged in, navigate the Agency menu item to view and edit details about your Agency and up load the agency logo which will appear on all external communications and print material.

Your account is now set up for you to start adding, editing and managing your artists, projects and agency.
